
Arti is a qualified Doctor of Physical Therapy with four years of clinical experience, including three years in Pakistan and one year in Australia. She specialises in musculoskeletal (MSK) and neurological rehabilitation, delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care to support recovery, functional independence, and long-term wellness.With experience across hospital, clinic, and community settings, and age-related mobility conditions. She has experience supporting older adults in aged care settings, focusing on mobility improvement, falls prevention, strength and balance training, and promoting functional independence.
Arti has managed a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, stroke, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. She integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement strategies to design tailored rehabilitation programs that meet each patient’s unique needs. Arti is passionate about continuing professional development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and fostering strong therapeutic relationships with patients. Her clinical focus includes:
- Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK): Assessment and management of acute and chronic MSK conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries; postural dysfunction and overuse injuries; exercise-based functional restoration.
- Neurological Rehabilitation: Stroke and neurological disorder management, balance and gait retraining, mobility re-education, and functional independence training.
- Exercise Prescription & Functional Training: Individualised strength, mobility, and conditioning programs integrating gym-based and home-based rehabilitation.
